Interior Home Remodel Photography | Real Estate Property Denver Photographer

I had the opportunity to step outside of my usual portrait photography and snap some quick photos of this recently finished renovated home, right before the new owners were going to be moving in. This stunning hi-end home is one side of a duplex project completed by the Denver construction & design company Renovar Construction. A gorgeous property located in the area known as the Berkley neighborhood or what local realtors have called the trendy & charming hotspot just northwest of downtown Denver. Love the modern crisp vibe and thoughtful consideration for space planning this home entails. Looking forward to capturing more interior or exterior design for the selling of homes and businesses, home decor projects to illustrate custom work, before/after remodels, VRBO rentals, office spaces as well as other innovative residential renovations. If you are a builder, designer, realtor or decorator needing photos of an architectural structure or property project or even if you’re just an owner wanting some nice images of your own home, I can photograph your space affordably in the Denver metro area.

Free Printable Kids Valentines With American Revolution Toy Soldiers

Searching for that perfect allergen-friendly, candy-free cute DIY Valentine Card idea? I created these fun, gender neutral Valentines for my son to hand out to his classmates, featuring his most favorite toy ever, LITTLE PLASTIC SOLDIERS! For this year’s cards, we chose to use Revolutionary War plastic toy soldiers.

My son is in 5th grade, so this might be his last time handing out the traditional classroom cards and having a class party! We’ve made other DIY cards, these & these, using small toys, for other elementary school years, because, well, I just like to do something a little different and liked finding slightly more boy-friendly cards for him to be excited to hand out to his school mates. And, for a cleverly fun teacher Valentine’s gift, I printed up my own wine label with heart tag to gift a teacher a bottle (#winning) a few years ago. You really can make some creative DIY gifts, using printables and basic supplies, quicker than you might think! I am all about simplistic, minimal effort, but charming DIY crafty goodness.

My kid has been a big fan of little plastic army men toys since he was probably three years old! Such a simple, classic, enjoyable toy that has kept him busy for hours, many times! Previously, we’d done a different version of these cards using the green army men. The current Hamilton theater production hype and learning about the Revolutionary War is very exciting to my son and he even dressed up as a British soldier for his Halloween costume this past year. Of course we had to have a quick mom & son photo shoot to show off his costume last Fall. His class is going to participate in a Revolutionary War reenactment with other 5th graders in the area soon, so these cute Valentine Cards just seemed like an easy choice!

We used this cardstock to print sturdier cards out on our home printer, these toy soliders (which my son already had) & washi tape from Target, that we had on hand at home, but you can easily purchase similar items at various places online or at a craft store near you. I created our cards printable using my favorite online editing site PicMonkey and then printed them out and cut them down to individual size.

Use our FREE PRINTABLE SOLDIER VALENTINES here! Then, the only thing you have left to do is to have your child personalize each card with their classmate’s names, salute them and wish them a Happy Valentine’s Day when they hand them out!

Voila! You’ve got your very own homemade, unique Valentine’s Cards that work great for boys & girls and awesome for candy-free classrooms or nut-free schools! Everyone loves a little non-edible trinket thrown in the mix when kids are getting a few too many special sugary treats. And, if you prefer, you can easily include a candy treat alongside your DIY cards. Enjoy!

What is a FRESH 48 Session? | Baby Z | 24 Hours New | Preview Photos

The Sun shines, the Moon glows….”We are so glad you’ve come!”
-On the Day You Were Born: Debra Frasier

What is a Fresh 48 photo session?
Take a peek at these precious photos from today’s morning session with brand new Baby Z. This darling angel was just a tad over 24 hours old when I photographed her. Swoon! I’m broadening my photo session options to include Fresh 48 photography. A Fresh 48 shoot is a more documentary or lifestyle type session that is taken at the hospital, birthing center or home within approximately the first 24-48 hours of welcoming your newborn into the world. This session includes me capturing those little details of baby, after the birthing process, in your recovery room, using natural or available light, minimal posing, with shots of tiny toes & fingers, yawns, swaddles, diaper changes, first feedings, parents just absorbing everything new, baby in a special outfit, sibling greetings, & whatever else we see in those early moments! I hope to document your little one in a special way to record those first hours together and create some lasting memories that will last forever.
Your baby will change so fast and as a new parent you’ll soon realize that you simply cannot have enough photos of your perfect gift! I would be delighted to be invited into your newborn experience just for a brief time to capture you & baby in a fresh natural way!

I aim to capture your images as peacefully and quickly as we can within approximately a 45-60 minute time frame.

•   Your session will include a minimally posed, natural light style with some creatively edited color photos + black & white photos too! You will receive a Facebook sneak peek for you to share with friends & family and a personal online gallery for viewing your images, with a minimum of 15 digital images included with your session and option to purchase prints if you choose.

Pink Burst | Ready to Pop | Mama-to-be Maternity Shoot 💕

Super fun time shooting this darling, gorgeous, strong, Mama-to-be for her maternity session at the Denver Photo Collective’s newest studio space in Downtown Denver. The new studio is located in the vibrant Santa Fe Art District area and offers the metro area and surrounding a great space for photography, events and creative collabs. For their Grand Opening, they set up a lovely styled set in various pink shades with their new dusty rose colored velvet sofa. I knew this would be a great match for photographing mama Hanna, who is due any day with her first baby girl, and blessed the opportunity and timing made it all happen. The DPC has their original studio located right near my hood in the Lakewood area, just west of Denver. I can book time at either studio and can’t wait to capture all you lovelies in studio and beyond. Here’s a peek at some of my favorite shots from Hanna’s session. Can you believe this mama can do all her yoga posing just a couple weeks before her due date? Amazing strength and flexibility! And, so inspiring! Sending vitality & healthy vibes to this warrior woman for a strong labor & birth. Namaste.
